I've had my U-verse for just over a week now, install date was July 17th. I have U450 TV, 12 Mbps internet Max and Voice Unlimited. My install went great. Premises tech was Gus and he was very thorough and professional. STB connections are via coax with LG BluRay players piggy backing off two of the STBs via Cat 5. I'm only about 600 feet from the VRAD on 32/5 profile with max user rate of 57,778 kbps, noise margin of 22.5 dB and 9.8 dB attenuation. No issues with PQ or slow speeds. So far I've had one temporary problem with a STB (non-DVR) that's connected to a 37" Sharp Aquos LCD TV in the bedroom via HDMI. Picture went to what looked like snow but was a much finer grain than typical TV snow. I reset the STB and it went back to normal, and picked up a TV2Client update in the process. So far even though the PQ is not nearly as good as OTA HDTV, I'm quite happy, and really happy to be rid of Comcast, where I'd had recurring issues with HBO dropping off my authorized channels, DVR problems, and the latest fiasco with the "free" digital adpters that, BTW, don't output any HD.
