Over the past few weeks several VODs have been stopping before completion or never playing at all.  Example, VOD -> Premium -> Showtime -> Weeds -> Season 2 -> Episode 9 will not play. When you select "play" it immediately says "Finished" displaying the Start Over, Watch Live TV menu.  I called tech support and they had me restart rcvrs, no help and then they sent a tech "who stated he couldn't help me".  He did say he has seen this before and has an escalated ticket open.  He navigated to Stan Helsing (think it's under Premium VODs) and said it will play for about 2 minutes before it says "Finished".  I have another buddy exp the same type issues, anyone else?  Has anyone heard of any resolution?

I gave up on U-verse VOD some time ago. I've experienced problems similar to yours and it appears that they aren't really interested in making the situation better. They appear to be satisfied that they have a VOD offering, it working or having content worth watching is another story.

It'd be nice if some service provider actually had an extensive VOD library.

Every show that has been shown on live TV should be available in VOD. I'd actually use it then.

VOD gives me problems on occasion... but usually it works fine for me.
