STB should have nothing to do with this feature.

I HAVE TWO HD STREAMS!

I will get a picture up with one HD stream on and the other in the picture in picture mode in a bit!

Also, I don't spend enough time on here to know if somebody has already posted this - but the tech I talked to said we will be getting WHDVR once we get NEW BOXES - the current boxes will be switched out with ones from Cisco that have support for the WHDVR system - I don't know how reliable the info was but the lady seemed to know her stuff.

I think you can just go into the "System Information" menu and take a picture of where it says (SD/HD) 2/2.

Here is the photo - the mail show on is Science of Star Wars (on STL Channel 1102 at 8:20 local time) and then the PIP is Carrier (channel 1009). I think that is the best way so people don't think I faked it or something. If you have any questions let me know.

Woo Hoo!  There is light at the end of the tunnel.  Did it just show up or was there some kinda system reboot or something to give you a hint something changed?

The lady stayed on the phone with me until my order "Synced" then she had me reset my dvr and it was there - then after I reset my dvr I reset all my little boxes and all my tvs had them as well. I don't know if she was right but she said it was important to do the DVR first.

Good luck!

Nice TV! I'm in DFW and I can watch an HD channel and watch another in the PIP guide on a different TV, but I can't watch the channel on TV. System Information shows 3/1 (SD/HD) still. Caleb, you are in St. Louis, right?

Yea I'm in STL - and according to the lady on the phone only parts of STL have this feature (that is why they did not automatically roll it out to everybody). Everything seems to be working fine - I am really happy for this now we just need WHDVR and this thing will rock!

Yeah, hopefully it will be soon! I heard that parts of Atlanta have it because of the new Scientific Atlanta boxes but I don't have my hopes up for that to be true. Glad you have 2 HD, enjoy!

Good to know.  TS never told me to reset my DVR, they just said it would show up.  I am recording a program for my daughter right now so at 9:00, I will start rebooting.
