No, I'm not in St Louis but he stated that I should keep checking channel 411 for my local launch and once that happened I should call back to have my account provisoned if I didn't receive the 2nd stream.

This is from the U-talk boards from member U-tech: 2HD stream support for St Louis will be launched on 04-30-08 for new members. St. Louis will be the first market to be turned up and migration will begin for existing members as quickly as possible. Two more markets will turn up shortly after St. Louis and those include Wallingford and Atlanta. We will update on other markets as we get more information.
There is no action necessary on the part of the customers, once the account is migrated to 2HD/2SD the receivers will be re-boot automatically. If an existing customer adds HD after a VHO has migrated they will need to reset their receivers as the automated process is not supported.

No the 2 HD/ 2 SD still will show $0, but still needs to b provisioned for the 2/2 profile rather than the 1/3 profile.

I just got off the phone with Tier 2 tech support. What he did was go into my account and change my properties to send the 2 HD streams to my location. They advise 24 hours for the change to take place but he said it could happen in 2-4 hours. My son verified that we do NOT yet have 2HD. Also, there is no charge for the 2HD streams. Oh, and he did say WHDVR wouldn't happen in St. Louis until sometime in the summer. Sweet...what number did you call? 800-288-2020.

Just got off the phone with a u-verse rep and was told that they are rolling it out slowly...I would have to wait for a software update as there was nothing he can do to get it for my account at this time...

Just spoke to tier 2 and they confirmed that St Louis 2HD stream has launched and to my surprise he said that the WHDVR was launched in IL and Atlanta too without me even asking. I assume this has something to do with the new Cisco (formerly Scientific Atlanta) STBs that are being released in Northern IL and Atlanta....

Can someone in IL or Atlanta check on this both with their service and CS?

Is that just in the one area, or is that everywhere? That is beginning to worry me since on the customize products page in the U-verse Central, it shows 3/1 costs $0, which could mean that 2/2 could potentially cost something if we have to call it in instead of an automatic upgrade.
KK, where did you find that info, with the image?

Rob, I have the Motorola STB's.
I just got home from work and still no 2HD. It has been about 2.5 hours since TS did the change and they did say it "Could Be" as soon as 2-4 hours but they have to say 24 hours.
A buddy of mine also called TS to get his account updated and they acted like they didn't know what he was talking about. Tier 2 told him that the change would be pushed to existing customers automatically starting tomorrow morning and go through May.
Not very consistent. We shall see.
