Sales put my order in system a couple days ago but I did not get the 2hd streams. Called support today system shows my order was placed then cancelled. Unfortunately I have to go back to sales to reorder but they are closed for the holiday. I'll try again tomorrow.

I'm in the DFW area (Irving,TX) and called billing, they turned on 2hd for my home, I had to reset my set top boxes but after that everything worked... I might be crazy but it seems like the HD quality degraded after doing this ?  Anyone else notice this ?

I am in Richmond TX. I have tried to have my order put through for 2HD 3 different times. Never was able to get it to go through. The sales people tell me that the screen says it is available to me...

After some digging the explanation that I was given is that the bandwidth is not available is not available at my particular location. I have FTTP so I am not sure why this could be so unless they mean that there is an update that allows them to switch me to the higher bandwidth and that is not available to me. Anyone have any ideas or run into a similar problem?

Has anyone checked their VDSL gateway?  I rebooted all my equipment and the numbers really do not make any sense now that they have upgraded to 2HD.

My DVR says 29.9M for IPTV bandwidth cap

My gateway still says Incoming: 25216 kbps

I have 6 Mbps Internet as well so I would expect my gateway to say 36000 kbps for incoming.  Seems like something very inconsistent.

There is a phone number there (800-980-4910) you can call that is specifically for AT&T FTTP customers. You can try giving them a call and seeing if they can help.

If not, there is always David (send him an email or a private message thru this site -- but after you try the FTTP support people @ AT&T)...

I've now got 2 HD streams here in Vernon Hills, IL.  The call took 10 minutes.  The Tier 2 person also gave me a deal on upping to U300 from U200 so I got an extra bonus.  Smiley

When I got home from work I did a reboot and had two HDs and Starz and the other U300 channels...

Call me one happy U-Verse customer.
